Blue burger buns: to serve your dinner in a unique way!

INGREDIENTS
270ml (1 cup) of water
3 tbsp of sugar
12g of salt
7g of dry yeast
500g (4 cups) of flour
1 egg
2 tbsp of milk
Blue gel food coloring
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
Sesame seeds
680g ( 1 1/2 lbs) of ground beef
2 tbsp of butter
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Cheddar cheese slices
80g (1/3 cup) mayonnaise
1 tbsp of mustard
Iceberg lettuce shredded
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 dill pickles, sliced
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, add in flour, milk powder, salt, olive oil, and blue coloring. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
2. Divide into 6 pieces, spread with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25-30 minutes.
4. Divide the ground beef into 8 balls and press them while frying from both sides, add spices, prepared sauce, and cheddar cheese.
5. Fill buns with sauce, lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion, and prepared patties.
