Burger buns: so flavorful and delicious to try!

It's the perfect dinner idea! 

INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
 150 ml (5 fl. oz) warm milk;
 100 ml (3.3 fl. oz) warm water;
 1 tsp salt;
 ½ tsp sugar;
 1 egg;
 1 tsp dry yeast;
 2 tbsp vegetable oil;
 400 g (13.5 oz) flour.
 
For the filling:
 300 g (10 oz) minced meat;
 2 onions, minced;
 1 bell pepper, minced;
 Salt, pepper, cumin, meat seasoning to taste;
 Chopped parsley, butter for serving,
 
METHOD
  1.  Start with the dough by combining flour with yeast, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center and pour egg, milk, oil and water in it. 
  2. Knead the dough until smooth, brush with oil, cover and set aside until doubled in size.
  3.  Mix ingredients for the filling.
  4.  Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll each into a disk and place a third of meat filling in the center of the disk.
  5.  Gather the ends of the dough, and then carefully flatten it with your palm. Make indents with your fingers to form a small border.
  6.  Bake the buns for around 30 minutes, until golden, at 180C/350F.
  7.  Brush with melted butter and top with parsley before serving.
