Burger buns: so flavorful and delicious to try!

It's the perfect dinner idea!
INGREDIENTS

For the dough:
150 ml (5 fl. oz) warm milk;
100 ml (3.3 fl. oz) warm water;
1 tsp salt;
½ tsp sugar;
1 egg;
1 tsp dry yeast;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
400 g (13.5 oz) flour.
For the filling:
300 g (10 oz) minced meat;
2 onions, minced;
1 bell pepper, minced;
Salt, pepper, cumin, meat seasoning to taste;
Chopped parsley, butter for serving,
METHOD
- Start with the dough by combining flour with yeast, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center and pour egg, milk, oil and water in it.
- Knead the dough until smooth, brush with oil, cover and set aside until doubled in size.
- Mix ingredients for the filling.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll each into a disk and place a third of meat filling in the center of the disk.
- Gather the ends of the dough, and then carefully flatten it with your palm. Make indents with your fingers to form a small border.
- Bake the buns for around 30 minutes, until golden, at 180C/350F.
- Brush with melted butter and top with parsley before serving.
