Bacon-wrapped burger ring

Ingredients:
Burger ring:
1 kg (2 pounds) minced beef;
¼ cup soy sauce;
¼ cup yellow mustard;
½ tbsp salt;
½ tbsp pepper;
1 tbsp garlic powder;
1 tbsp onion powder;
bacon strips;
buns, fresh greens, tomatoes for serving.
Sauce:
1 ½ cup milk;
2 tbsp butter;
2 tbsp flour;
salt, pepper to taste;
1 cup shredded cheese;
1 tbsp garlic powder;
½ cup pickled cucumbers, chopped;
¼ cup yellow mustard.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190C (375F). Cover baking sheet with foil and parchment.
Combine minced beef with soy sauce, mustard and spices. Transform seasoned beef onto prepared baking sheet and form into a ring as wide as your burger buns.
Cover beef ring with bacon strips. Transfer into the oven for 20-25 minutes, then broil for 10-15 more.
Meanwhile make the sauce: melt butter and whisk flour into it. Start slowly pouring the milk in while whisking constantly. Cook the sauce base for 10 minutes. Add spices, mustard, cheese and cucumbers.
Place burger ring over halved burger buns, top with fresh greens of your choice and tomatoes. Cover with burger bun’s tops.
Serve with burger sauce.
