Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: moist and juicy on the inside, and crunchy on the outside!

Forget tough, dry meatloaves! This will be the most flavorful meal ever!
INGREDIENTS
2 lb ground beef
2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
4-6 slices ham
8-10 slices cheese
2 cups spinach
10-12 slices bacon
METHOD
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix until well blended.
Place the mixture in the middle baking sheet lined with baking paper. - Add the ham, cheese and spinach on top of the meat.
- Roll the meat.
- In another baking sheet with baking paper, put slices of bacon. Place the meatloaf on top of the bacon.
Roll the meat with bacon, then wrap in foil. - Bake the roll with the aluminum wrap for 25 minutes at 350˚F/180˚C.
- Raise the temperature to 500˚F / 260˚C. Remove the foil and bake for 20 minutes.
