Ingredients:4 Large Sweet Onions.
400g Ground Beef.
2 Tbsp BBQ Seasoning.
16 Slices Streak Bacon.
Salt.
Pepper.
BBQ Sauce.

Instructions:
Top and tail your onions and remove the outer layer and skin.
Begin to core the onions by sticking in a sharp knife and beginning to twist, then moving to a spoon remove the centre of the onion to leave a cavity for the stuffing.
Retain the onion we have removed and chop it up a little more.
Add the removed onion to the beef along with your BBQ Seasoning, salt and pepper then mix.
Stuff your onions with your beef mix.
Wrap your stuffed onions in the bacon (4 slices per onion).
Roast in the oven at 150°C or 300F for 2 hours.
After 2 hours brush with the BBQ Sauce and place a handful of cheese on the top of each onion and broil until glazed and the cheese is melted.
