Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mozzarella

Ingredients:
2 large balls of mozzarella
12 bacon strips
6 cherry tomatoes
10 basil leaves
2 table spoons Honey
Pepper
Instructions:
Cut mozzarella in half then scoop out the middle using a knife to cut a concave shape.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and basil and the left over mozzarella, add pepper and mix.
Then fill both halves of the mozzarella with the tomato mix.
Put the two half back together.
Lay out three strips of bacon left to right then another three over the top, top to bottom.
Place mozzarella ball in the middle of the bacon then wrap the ball.
Coat with Honey.
Bake for 15 at 220°C 450°F.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction to serve.
