Bacon and Mozzarella Bowls

INGREDIENTS
8 slices of bacon
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp olives
1 tbsp almonds
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 mozzarella
salt
pepper
 
METHOD
Cover little bowl with bacon and  bake for 15 min at 190C/380F.
Mix tomatoes, olives, almonds, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Make a hole in a mozzarella cheese using little spoon and fill it with tomatoes mixture.
Put some cheddar cheese in a bacon bowl, and top with mozzarella.
Bake at 200F/100C for 10 minutes.
