Garlic mozzarella bread: cheesy and simply delicious!

Cut the dough into squares and insert the mozzarella: prepare something delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
250g flour
5g dry yeast
30g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
40g unsalted butter, melted
130ml warm milk
1 egg, whipped
250g fresh mozzarella cheese
Garlic butter:
2 tbsp softened butter
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough.
- Knead on the counter, cover and let rise
- After the dough opens, flatten with a hand in a circle.
- Brush with an egg around the edges.
- Spread garlic butter evenly over the surface. Again mark the jammed spoons to make it easier to put the cheese.
- Insert mozzarella slices to fill the dough. Add freshly ground black pepper on top.
- Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes.
