Cheese garlic bread: a simple and surprising appetizer!

The best appetizer ever!

INGREDIENTS
4 garlic cloves
Parsley
10ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) butter
French bread
180g (1 1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese
45g (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese

METHOD
  1. Cut the garlic and parsley and mix it well with the oil and butter.
  2. Take the bread and cut it into halves and spread the mixture on both halves.
  3. Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top and bake in the oven at 400°F/205°C.
