Garlic bread: soft, light and inviting!

A fragrant alternative to usual bread!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs;
150 g (½ cup) yogurt;
5-6 garlic cloves;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp baking soda;
400 g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
dill to decorate.
METHOD
  1. Blend eggs with garlic until smooth. Whisk eggs with yogurt and add dry ingredients in baking soda, salt, and flour.
  2. Knead until smooth dough forms, then roll out and cut into circles.
  3. Fry garlic bread for around 6 minutes: 3 per side or until golden.
