Garlic bread: soft, light and inviting!

A fragrant alternative to usual bread!
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs;
150 g (½ cup) yogurt;
5-6 garlic cloves;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp baking soda;
400 g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour;
dill to decorate.

dill to decorate.
METHOD
- Blend eggs with garlic until smooth. Whisk eggs with yogurt and add dry ingredients in baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Knead until smooth dough forms, then roll out and cut into circles.
- Fry garlic bread for around 6 minutes: 3 per side or until golden.
