Easy garlic buns: light and fluffy as a cloud but rich and fragrant as garlic!

 They’re perfectly soft and fluffy.
 
INGREDIENTS
250g / 2 cups flour (all purpose)
20g / 0.1 cup sugar
3g salt
120ml / 0.5 cup milk
60ml / 0.25 cup water
3g dry yeast
20g butter
 
For filling:
100g cheese
1 tbsp ghee
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp drying basil
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let it rise for an hour. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and roll the balls. Let rise for 15 minutes. Put cream cheese in each ball. Put balls with filling in a form with parchment. Let rise for 40 minutes. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  2. Combine butter, olive oil, garlic and basil. Grease the buns with this mixture.
