Easy Garlic-Lemon Scallops: the perfect recipe for dinner!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil;
500 g (1 pound) scallops;
3 tbsp butter;
4 garlic cloves, minced;
¼ cup chicken broth;
2 tbsp lemon juice;
¼ cup parsley, chopped.
Instructions

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown scallops on both sides, seasoning them with salt and pepper between flipping. Try to not overcrowd the pan to achieve brown and crispy crust.
Remove scallops from the pan, pour broth, lemon juice, add garlic.
Stir, lifting pieces that stuck to the pan. Cook the sauce until thick and smooth.
Pour the sauce over scallops and garnish with parsley.
