INGREDIENTS
olive oil
salt
pepper
lemon juice
sage
rosemary
chicken drumsticks

DIRECTIONS
Cover the chicken with a mixture of lemon, oil, sage and rosemary and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Cover the bottom of a casserole dish with lemon slices and place the chicken drumsticks over them. Cover the chicken with more lemon, rosemary and garlic cloves. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
