LEMON CHICKEN: SUPER CREAMY for a TASTY second course! π

INGREDIENTS
650g of chicken breast
All-purpose flour
Extra virgin olive oil
220ml of water
25g of cornstarch
110ml of lemon juice
15ml (1 tbsp) of soy sauce
12g (1 tbsp) of sugar
Salt
Lemon zest for serving
METHOD
1. Take the chicken breast and cut it into small pieces.
2. Then coat it entirely with flour.
3. Pour the oil into the pan, heat it up, and add the chicken pieces.
4. Let them cook until they are well browned.
5. Now prepare the sauce: mix the water with the cornstarch, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
6. Pour the mixture into the pan and add the chicken back in.
7. Stir slowly as the sauce becomes creamy.
8. Serve the chicken with the sauce and a sprinkle of lemon zest for an extra touch.
