Pork loin skewers: for a tasty second course!

INGREDIENTS
550g pork meat
250g bacon
150g mozzarella cheese
500g potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
15ml olive oil
1/2 tsp thyme

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the baking pan.
- Fill pork meat with bacon and mozzarella cheese, fix with the skewers, and put onto the potatoes.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
