Pork loin skewers: for a tasty second course!

INGREDIENTS
550g pork meat
250g bacon
150g mozzarella cheese
500g potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
15ml olive oil
1/2 tsp thyme
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Transfer to the baking pan.
  2. Fill pork meat with bacon and mozzarella cheese, fix with the skewers, and put onto the potatoes.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
