Stuffed pork loin: the tasty recipe for an easy dinner

How to make a quick and delicious dinner in a few steps.
 
INGREDIENTS
1kg pork loin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 onion
200g bacon
4-5 chopped potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil

METHOD
  1. Sprinkle pork loin with salt and pepper.
  2. Make cuts and fill them with sliced onion and bacon.
  3. Cut potatoes and mix them with species and oil.
  4. Transfer everything to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 1 hour.
