Orange pork loin: a juicy dish to prepare in minutes!

Creamy and irresistible, they are so delicious! 
 
INGREDIENTS
6 slices of pork loin
80g (1/2 cup) flour
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
40g (2 1/2 tbsp) butter
8-10 leaves of sage
1 orange
10g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
50g (1/4 cup) olives
 
METHOD
  1. Slice half of an orange into rounds and juice another half. 
  2. Dust pork loin slices in flour.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and add butter and sage leaves.
  4. When butter melts, arrange orange rounds. Cook them for 2 minutes on each side and take orange slices and sage leaves out of the pan.
  5. Pour orange juice into the pan and stir well. Add cornstarch mix to combine.
  6. Arrange pork loin slices and cook for 3-5 minutes, then flip. Season with salt, add olives, and cook for 2 minutes more. Flip again, and arrange a sage leaf on top of each pork slice.
  7. Arrange pork slices on a plate and pour with some cooking juices. Enjoy!
