Orange pork loin: a juicy dish to prepare in minutes!

Creamy and irresistible, they are so delicious!
INGREDIENTS
6 slices of pork loin
80g (1/2 cup) flour
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
40g (2 1/2 tbsp) butter
8-10 leaves of sage
1 orange
10g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
50g (1/4 cup) olives
METHOD
- Slice half of an orange into rounds and juice another half.
- Dust pork loin slices in flour.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and add butter and sage leaves.
- When butter melts, arrange orange rounds. Cook them for 2 minutes on each side and take orange slices and sage leaves out of the pan.
- Pour orange juice into the pan and stir well. Add cornstarch mix to combine.
- Arrange pork loin slices and cook for 3-5 minutes, then flip. Season with salt, add olives, and cook for 2 minutes more. Flip again, and arrange a sage leaf on top of each pork slice.
- Arrange pork slices on a plate and pour with some cooking juices. Enjoy!
