Pizzaiola pork loin: the simple and tasty dish!

A delicious dinner idea to try!

INGREDIENTS

Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 of spring onion
250ml (1 cup) of tomato sauce
1 tbsp of oregano
Salt
800g of pork loin
Water
1 tbsp of cappers
30g of black olives

METHOD

Add the drizzle of olive oil into the pan and brown the finely chopped spring onion. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and oregano and cook.
Add the pork loin slices, cook for a while and add the water. Cook for about 10 minutes.
At the end add the cappers and black olives and cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve the pork loin slices with the sauce on top.
