Milk pork loin: delicious and easy to preparare!

Here's how to make a tender and juicy pork loin!

INGREDIENTS
1kg pork piece
1l (4 1/3 cups) milk
80g butter
1 tsp salt
70ml (1/3 cup) olive oil

METHOD
  1. Tie the meat with string. In a big pan fry it from all sides.
  2. Add in the milk and salt, cook for another 30-35 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Serve with prepared sauce.
