Stuffed loin: the perfect recipe for a dinner full of flavor!

This succulent stuffed pork tenderloin is so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
Loin -1,4 kg
Apple – 2
Onion – 2 pcs
Garlic – 4 clove
Rosemary
Thyme
Dried plums- 10 pcs
Dried apricot – 4 pcs
Wine – 50 ml
Meat broth -250 ml
Minced meat – 400 grams
Bacon – 50 grams
Eggs – 1
Bread – 2 slices
Milk – 4-5 tbsp
Parsley
Pepper
Potatoes – 10-12 pcs
Olive oil

METHOD
  1. Chop parsley, garlic, apricots and plums. Put in a bowl with meat, parsley, bacon, onions and pistachios. Mix.
  2. Pork loins spread and put meat on them. Roll. Broil in oil. Fry the onions.
  3. Insert in a pan with apples and plumes. Drizzle with soup and oil.
  4. Bake on 180 C for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the roll and blend the rest. Serve with potatoes and sauce.
