Onion chicken: a delicious way to make it full of flavor in about 30 minutes!

Need a new go-to dinner? This quick chicken dinner recipe is perfect for a stress-free weeknight meal!

INGREDIENTS
8 small Chicken fillets
1 onion
1 small clove of garlic
2 eggs
2 tbsp starch, salt, black pepper, hot chili
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare onion paste, put onion and a small clove of garlic, some water and blend the ingredients. Then add the eggs to the paste and whisk until foamy. Add salt, pepper, and chili.
  2. Heat the olive oil, roll the chicken first into the starch, then into the onion paste.
  3. Enjoy perfectly soft and delicious chicken.
