Simply wedge the chicken drumsticks into the oven rack. Place a baking tray with diced potatoes seasoned with salt, oil, garlic, paprika, and thyme underneath.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for at least 40 minutes. You'll see that the fat will drip off the chicken, leaving it nice and crispy and perfectly cooked, while the potatoes will be super juicy and full of flavor!
