Chicken breasts: how to make them juicy and flavorful!

INGREDIENTS
600g Chicken Breast
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Dried Herbs
3 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup (50g) Sour cream
1/4 cup (40g) Soy Sauce
1 Carrot
1 Onion
75g Mozzarella cheese
50g Hard cheese
1 Egg

METHOD
  1. Make a cuts onto chicken breasts.
  2. Mix sour cream with soy sauce, garlic and species. Dip chicken breast into it and leave for 30 min.
  3. Cut onion and carrot. Transfer chicken breasts onto the pan with carrot and onion. Bake at 200’C ( 390’F ) for 20 minutes.
  4. Mix mozzarella cheese with hard cheese, egg and salt. Top the chicken with it. Bake for another 10 minutes.
