Baked chicken legs: how to make them crispy and juicy!

Pour the eggs over the chicken legs and wait for the result! 

INGREDIENTS
1.5kg Chicken tights
3 Eggs
2 cloves Garlic
1 Minced onion
10g (1 tbsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Oregano
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Ginger
30g (2 tbsp) Greek yogurt
10ml (1 tbsp) Vinegar
4g (1 tsp) Cayenne pepper
25g (2 tbsp) Cornstarch
4 Potatoes
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl with chicken legs put some salt and mix. Add crushed garlic and onion. Add pepper and oregano.
  2. Put greek yogurt and vinegar. Mix it well. Add cayenne pepper and leave it for 15 minutes to rest.
  3. Add eggs and cornstarch. Mix it and put them into a pan.
  4. Cut the potatoes and put them with chicken legs.
  5. Bake at 180C for 45 minutes. Serve.
