How to make crispy and delicious chicken legs without eggs!
INGREDIENTS
7-8 chicken legs;
Salt;
Pepper;
Paprika;
7-8 chicken legs;

Pepper;
Paprika;
250g (1 cup) yogurt;
1 tsp lemon juice;
1 tsp mustard;
Parsley;
Breadcrumbs;
80g of butter.
METHOD
- Season the chicken legs with salt, pepper, paprika and rub the seasons with the hands.
- In a bowl add the yogurt, chopped parsley, lemon juice, mustard and mix it well.
- Transfer the chicken legs to a pan, add the marinade and rub the chicken legs with the hands. Cover with the foil and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Dip the chicken legs in breadcrumbs, and add the pieces of butter on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
