Fried chicken legs: the secret to making them crunchy and delicious!

An incredible method to cook fried chicken legs!
INGREDIENTS

6 chicken drumsticks
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic
2 tbsp paprika
125ml buttermilk
350g flour
Water

METHOD
- Butterfly the chicken drumsticks by cutting down the center of the bone and place in a shallow dish.
- Cover the butterflied chicken in the soy sauce, garlic, paprika, and buttermilk and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Dip the marinated chicken in a bowl of flour, into the water, and back into the flour.
- Fill a deep pan halfway with vegetable oil and bring up to temperature.
- Insert the coated chicken legs into the oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, turning every so often.
- Remove from the oil and serve!
