Crunchy chicken legs: the secret to make them crispy outside and tender inside!

INGREDIENTS
• 8 legs
• 700ml buttermilk
• 8 garlic cloves, minced
• salt
• paprika
 
METHOD
  1. Dry legs with a paper towel and pour buttermilk. Add garlic.
  2. Add salt and sweet red paprika. Marinate for at least 5 hours
  3. Bake at 200C/400F for 1 hour.
  4. Pour a little vegetable oil into a heated pan, add the legs.
  5. I fry in a pan over medium heat for 10 minutes and turn over. On the second side, I also fry for 10 minutes under load.
  6. The chicken is delicious, ruddy, juicy, with a pleasant aroma of garlic.
