Pour the milk over the chicken legs, the reason why is genius!
INGREDIENTS

1 kg chicken thigh
500ml (2.04 cups) milk
Salt
Pepper
Spice:
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
500g (4 cups) flour
80g (1/2 cup) starch
Oil
METHOD
- Make cuts in the chicken legs. Pour in milk. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour with starch and spices. Season each leg with salt, pepper, roll in flour, then dip in water and roll again in flour. Deep-fry.
