Oven-Fried Chicken with a Corn Flake Crust recipe: tender inside and crispy outside!

This is the best way to cook a whole chicken!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 small chicken
flour
5 eggs
salt
salt
pepper
corn flakes
deep-frying oil
METHOD
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, then in eggs.
- Roll in cornflakes.
- Deep-fry until golden brown.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
