Chicken stripes: how to make them crispy outside and tender inside!

INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
2 Chicken fillets
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of spices
2 tbsp corn starch
Oil
Lettuce
1 tbsp salt
 
METHOD
  1. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.
  2. Cut the chicken into strips. Mix with egg yolk, garlic, spice mixture, salt and starch.
  3. Whisk the egg whites in a bowl. Pour oil into a frying pan.
  4. Dip chicken in egg whites. Toast. Decorate with lettuce and tomatoes.
