Cocoa chicken: tender inside and crispy outside!

It may seem unusual, but the flavor of cocoa is perfect with chicken, an interesting recipe to try!
INGREDIENTS
For chicken
1 chicken (1,2 kilos)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 tablespoons balsamic cream
30 g cacao
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon ground all-spice
1 tablespoon dry oregano
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
50 g granulated sugar
1 chicken bouillon cube
For potatoes
1 kilo baby potatoes, boiled
2 tablespoons olive oil
15 fresh sage leaves
salt
pepper
To serve
150 g bacon
500 g Brussel sprouts
1 tablespoons butter
fresh sage
METHOD
1. Pour the cocoa over the chicken.
2. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°.
3. Serve with veggies and potatoes!
