Fried cheese bread: how to make it crispy outside and soft and delicious inside!

A delicious alternative to bread, this recipe is a must-try! 

INGREDIENTS
● Potato - 500g
● Egg - 1
● Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
● Salt - 1 tsp
● Pepper - 3/4 tsp
● Parsley - 1/2 bunch
● Flour - 240g
● Baking powder - 10g
● Cheese - 200g
 
METHOD
1. Boil the potatoes in their peel, peel and crush in mashed potatoes.
2. Add the egg, butter, salt, pepper, parsley, flour and baking powder to the puree. Mix well.
3. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll 4 flat cakes, the diameter of your pan.
4. Put 6 slices of cheese on one cake and cover with a second cake. Pinch the edges.
5. Cut the tortilla into triangles so that the cheese remains inside.
6. Fry such cakes for 5-7 minutes on each side.
