Corn flakes zucchini: the delicious and crunchy side dish!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ginger
Flour
1 Egg
50g (2 cups) of corn flakes
METHOD
- Cut the zucchini into strips and transfer them to the bowl. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper and mix well with hands.
- Cover each piece first with flour, then dip in egg and cover with corn flakes.
- Transfer the zucchini sticks into the pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F until they are golden brown.
