Corn flakes zucchini: the delicious and crunchy side dish!

INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ginger
Flour
1 Egg
50g (2 cups) of corn flakes

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini into strips and transfer them to the bowl. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper and mix well with hands.
  2. Cover each piece first with flour, then dip in egg and cover with corn flakes.
  3. Transfer the zucchini sticks into the pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F until they are golden brown.
