Corn cake: soft and delicious, it will surprise your guests!

So soft and moist, this cake is out of the world!
INGREDIENTS
4 corns
450m (2 cups) milk
150ml (3/4 cup) oil
200g (1 1/2 cups) sugar
4 eggs
240g (2 cups) corn grits
100g (1 cup) cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder (14 g)
250g (1 cup) condensed milk
250ml (1 cup) coconut milk
50g of coconut flakes
METHOD
- Boil corn leaves for 8 minutes.
- Blend together corn with eggs, milk, corn grits, cornstarch, sugar, oil, and baking powder. Grease the pan with butter and put corn leaves onto it. Pour prepared mixture onto it and bake at 200 ‘C (390’F) for 60 minutes.
- Make holes with a toothpick and pour the mixture of coconut milk and condensed milk. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
