INGREDIENTS
zucchini
vegetable oil
basil
salt
vinegar
 
METHOD
1. Fry the zucchini about 10 minutes.
2. Put the fried slice in a pan with olive oil, vinegar, salt and basil.
3. Cook 5 minutes and serve hot!
