Stuffed zucchini: the side dish full of flavor perfect for all occasions!

INGREDIENTS:
 • 4 zucchini
 • 6 eggs
 • red pepper
 • yellow pepper
 • ham
 • salt
 • pepper
 • basil
 • oil
 
METHOD:
  1.  Cut the zucchini into 3 pieces. 
  2. Remove the core.  Lubricate with oil.  Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  4.  Salt and pepper the eggs, add basil and beat.  Put red, yellow peppers, ham in each zucchini and pour over the egg mixture. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
