Zucchini rolls: the dish to serve on special occasions!

INGREDIENTS
450g (1 lb) ground turkey
2 cloves garlic
12ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
450g ricotta cheese
1 egg
Marinara sauce
4 zucchini
100g (½ cup) parmesan
300g mozzarella cheese
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
Rosemary
Basil
Thyme
METHOD
- Brown turkey in a pan.
- Cut the zucchini into strips and add salt. add ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, pepper, garlic, rosemary, thyme, basil and egg to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add the turkey and mix everything together.
- Put the resulting mixture on the strips of zucchini and roll.
- Pour the sauce into the baking dish, and then arrange the rolls on it.
- Put the sauce on the rolls, sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake at 360°F/180°C for 30 minutes. Serve.
