Perfect for a delicious snack for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS

For the cream:
300ml (1 1/4 cup) of milk
50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 lemon (grated)
8g (1 tbsp) of cornstarch
15g (1 tbsp) of flour

For the batter:
2 eggs
100g (1/2 cup) of sugar
100ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower oil
1 lemon (grated)
300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
10g (2 tsp) of baking powder

100ml (1/2 cup) of sunflower oil
1 lemon (grated)
300g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
10g (2 tsp) of baking powder
Decoration:
Powdered sugar
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a pot add the milk, sugar, egg yolk, lemon zest, corn starch, flour, and mix until is thickness.
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, oil, lemon zest, and mix. Add the flour gradually, baking powder, and knead the mixture with your hands until you get a dough.
- Split the dough into halves and roll out one half thinly. Make circles with the mold and add them to the baking tray.
- Roll out the other half of the dough and create the ribbons with the special tool.
- Add the filling on top of the circles and add the two ribbons from one and the two ribbons from another side.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C/392°F for 10 minutes and decorate with powdered sugar.
