Zucchini rolls: delicious to serve on any occasion!

Easy and delicious, this roll is perfect for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
4 eggs
100g (½ cup) cheese
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. Grate the zucchini. Drain the water.
  2. Beat eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add zucchini and grated cheese. Mix.
  3. Fry the mixture in an oiled pan, slowly roll it out, and gradually add.
  4. Cut it into pieces and serve.
