Prawn and zucchini rolls: a great idea for an easy to prepare and delicious dinner!

These prawns and zucchini rolls are full of flavor and very easy to make.

They can be baked or fried and you could also serve them on skewers: they’ll be a hit any way you choose to prepare them!

INGREDIENTS
prawns
zucchini

egg wash
breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS
1. Clean the prawns, roll them up in a thin slice of zucchini.
2. Use a toothpick to close the roll up. Dip them in egg wash and then cover them in breadcrumbs.
3. Fry them or bake them at 180°C for 10 minutes.
4. Serve them with some dipping sauces.
