Baked chicken and zucchini pockets: a delicious idea for a quick and tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
6 slices chicken breasts
2 zucchini
6 slices prosciutto
6 balls mozzarella
Parmesan
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp Milk
 
METHOD
  1. Grate zucchini, salt.
  2. Chop off the slices from the chicken breast. Salt and pepper. Put prosciutto, zucchini, parmesan, mozzarella on each slice. Form rolls.
  3. Beat the egg, salt, pepper, add milk. Dip each roll in the egg, then in breadcrumbs. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Pour olive oil and put the rolls. Sprinkle each roll with olive oil.
  4. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
