Zucchini cake: perfect for a quick but tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS

2 zucchini

4g (1 tsp) salt

4g (1 tsp) paprika

For dough:

2 eggs

200g (1 cup) yogurt

200 ml (4/5 cup) milk

10g ( 2 tsp) baking powder

4g (1 tsp) salt

Dill

125g (1 cup) flour

For the filling:

Cheese

METHOD

Grate the zucchini and add salt and pepper. Add eggs, yogurt, milk, salt, baking powder, dill, and flour to the mixing bowl. Mix.
Pour zucchini into an oiled pan.
Put grated cheese on them and pour over the mixture.
Cover and bake. Serve.
