Stuffed zucchini: a delicious dish for a easy and quick dinner!

So juicy and tasty, you should try zucchini in this way! 
 
INGREDIENTS
3 Zucchini
100g (3.5 oz) Minced chicken
1 Onion
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Cayenne pepper
15g (1 tbsp) Sour cream
100g (1/2 cup) Cheese
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchinis.
  2. In a bowl add minced chicken, grated onion, salt, pepper and mix. Fill the zucchinis with this mixture.
  3. In a small bowl add water and sour cream. Mix and add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. Put the zucchinis into a pan and pour the sour cream mixture. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
  5. Take it from the oven and add grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
