Meat stuffed zucchini: to enrich your dinner with a delicious dish!

This quick and delicious recipe is perfect for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
450g (1 lb) ground beef
450g (1 lb) sausages
60g (½ cup) breadcrumbs
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) crushed tomatoes
250ml (1 cup) tomato sauce
Mozzarella
Parmesan

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini in half and hollow them out.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and add the meat, sausages, bread crumbs and the middle of the zucchini. Make a mixture.
  3. Fill the zucchini and arrange them in an oiled pan. Pour the sauce over zucchini.
  4. Bake at 360°F / 180°C for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve.
