Big meat skewer: a fun idea for a delicious dinner!

Just meat and potatoes, this idea is perfect for dinner!

INGREDIENTS

350g (2.5 cups) potatoes

Salt

Parsley

15ml (1 tbsp) Olive oil

500g (2.2 cups) Pork butt

Salt, pepper and paprika

METHOD

Cut into slices 1 cm thick 6 potatoes. Season the potatoes with pepper and salt. Cut the meat and season with salt, pepper and paprika, rub the spices well. Arrange the potatoes and meat and grill with a stick.
Bake on baking paper at 180 °C, 50 minutes.
