Chicken skewers: a fun idea both kids and grown-ups will love!

Have you ever tried to serve chicken in this way? It's absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS

450g (3 cups) chicken fillets

1 tsp salt and 1 tsp garlic

1 egg

300ml (10oz) of kefir

1 tsp baking powder

125g (1 cup) of white flour

125g (1 cup) of cornflour

1/2 tsp salt

Vegetable oil

METHOD

Whisk in kefir, egg, white and cornflour.
Cut the chicken fillets lengthwise, place the skewers sticks. Season the chicken, roll in the previously prepared mixture and fry in a heated pan with oil.
Bake chicken skewers on both sides and covered.
