Chicken lollipops: kids will love this recipe!

They are super easy to make at home!

INGREDIENTS
1kg of chicken legs
300g (2.4 cups) Flour
3 eggs
200g (1.9 cup) breadcrumbs
1 tsp (6g) salt
3 tsp (6g) spice mixture for chicken
1 tsp (3g) garlic powder
Vegatable oil for frying
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare the chicken drumsticks, the preparation process is in the video. Combine flour, garlic powder, chicken seasoning mixture and salt. Whisk the eggs and prepare the pretzels in a deeper bowl.
  2. Roll the drumsticks in eggs, then in flour, then again in eggs and breadcrumbs and fry in hot, deep oil until they become copper-golden in color.
