Homemade chicken nuggets: the kids will love them!

INGREDIENTS
400g minced chicken
200g Ham cubes
200g mozzarella cubes
3 eggs
150g flour (1 cup)
250g breadcrumbs

METHOD
  1. Using hand lemon juice yet make meat nuggets filling them with ham and mozzarella cubes.
  2. Dip it in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
