Looking for tasty snack ideas to add to your kid's lunchboxes? Here's a great recipe!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
100g soft flour
130g of sugar
5 eggs
15g cocoa
1 bag of vanillin sugar
200g hazelnut cream
100g of chocolate
Salt
METHOD
- Whisk the egg whites, adding 30 g of sugar and set aside. Whisk egg yolks with 100 grams of sugar, then add the whipped egg whites and gently combine with a spatula. Add the flour to the sifting pan, mix again with a spatula and pour in the vanilla sugar. Divide the mixture into two parts, sifting in cocoa and a pinch of salt.
- Pour white cream on a baking sheet into a quarter pan and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then pour dark cream over the baked white cream and bake all together at 180 degrees for another 8 minutes.
- After baking, flatten the sides of the biscuit, coat it with Nutella while the biscuit is still warm, wrap it in a piece of baking paper, kitchen cloth and leave in the cool.
- Cut the roll and dip into the melted chocolate.
- Cut the roll into slices, dip the surface of the roll into the melted chocolate.
- Enjoy this perfectly puffed biscuit, stuffed with cream and coated with fine, intense chocolate.
