Chocolate and cream squares: kids will love them!

The perfect recipe for a sweet treat!
INGREDIENTS
400g (3.2 cups) flour
4 eggs
1 tbsp (15ml) oil
3 tbsp (50ml) milk
100g (0.5 cup) of sugar
3 tbsp (50g) cocoa
1 tbsp (15g) vanilla sugar
1 tbsp (15g) baking powder
For the middle layer
500ml (2.13 cups) of whipped cream
160g (1 cup) of chocolate
200g (1 cup) cream cheese
3 tbsp (50ml) cold milk
Glaze
100ml (0.43 cup) whipping cream
150g (0.8 cup) of milk chocolate
METHOD
- Combine the ingredients to prepare the biscuits. Beat eggs and sugar until you get a fine frothy mixture, then add oil, milk, flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cocoa and mix with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into a baking tin and bake at 180 degrees, 25 minutes.
- Whip the whipped cream, add the cream cheese and add the melted chocolate to half of the whipped cream.
- After the crust has cooled, soak it in milk, then apply whipped cream and whipped cream with chocolate. Prepare chocolate glaze and whipping cream.
- Pour the icing over the cake and leave to cool for 4 hours.
